Daniel Diringer
Daniel Diringer is 16 years old and a 10th grader at Ladue Horton Watkins High School in St. Louis, MO. He has been playing cello for 13 years, first with Mary Lou Gotman and currently with Catherine Lehr Ramos. He is in his fourth year with the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, and his second in the Missouri All-State Orchestra. He has received artistic merit scholarships from the Community Music School of Webster University for the past 6 years and has participated in the school’s Preparatory Program for 3 years. Aside from music, his other passion is baseball—he is a NY Yankees fan and plays catcher for his high school as well as the Rawlings Tigers.
