Misael Tambuwun
After hailed by ABC, Fox, VOA, Rustavi 2 Europe, he also appeared as a guest solo composer and performer for Gala Conference by The United Nations in Yogyakarta.
He has been successfully appointed as a Visiting Professor, Composer-in-Residence, and Music Director at Oregon Bach Festival (USA), Lucca International Music Festival (Italy), Georgian Philharmonic and Symphony (Georgia Republic), SAE Middlesex University (Thailand), and Amarillo College. Additionally, the Grammy nominated, Imani Wind, and Neave Trio from Manhattan School commissioned his recent piece this past summer.
At last, he got to study with Karlheinz Stockhausen’s apprentice at Tbilisi Conservatoire, Nino Jvania, Chen Yi, Glenn West, Oliver Schneller, and Kate Soper.
Currently, he is working on his graduate studies under Michael Hersch at Peabody Conservatory of Music at Johns Hopkins University.
