Timothy Hommowun
Timothy Hommowun is a recent graduate of Saint Charles East High School. He will be pursuing a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in oboe performance at Eastman School of Music this fall. Highlights of Tim’s career thus far include membership in the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra, CYSO Encore Chamber Orchestra and chamber music program, performance as principal oboist with IMEA Senior All-State Honors Band and oboist for the Illinois High School Theater Festival All-State production of PIPPIN. Tim is a recipient of the Howard Hanson Award, the Richard Kilmer Oboe Scholarship and the Thomas McBride Memorial Scholarship.
