Sevastyan S. K. Swan, age 8, has been a violin student of Sheryl Shohet for more than 4 years. Seva lives with his family, Mother and Father, two sisters and one brother, in Mililani. He is homeschooled and has completed 3rd grade. For fun, Seva likes to jump rope; build puzzles, Legos, and K'Nex; ride his scooter or bike; memorize Bible verses in AWANA; and read Star Wars and adventure books. He has been invited to be a guest soloist for the Kaneohe Community Orchestra and placed 1st Runner-up in the Madeline Schatz-Harris Concerto Competition sponsored by the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra.
