Ji Heon Kim
Ji Heon Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea. At the age of 8, he began to play the clarinet. He currently attends Manhattan School of Music Precollege and studies under Larry Guy. He is currently principal clarinet of the Precollege Philharmonic Orchestra. He has won numerous competitions such as the American Protege International Concerto Competition and the International Enkor Competition. He has attended several masterclass held by clarinetists such as Mark Nuccio and Pascual Martinez Forteza. He hopes to become a professional musician in the near future.
