Derek Lee

 Derek Lee is a senior at Manhasset public school. He has played the oboe for six years and had played with Manhattan School of Music and Metropolitan Youth Orchestra for two years. He's also played and organized multiple community service orchestras such as the Amazon Benefit Concert which helped raise more than 3,000 for medicine and food for people in Amazon. He's also performed in Kodak Hall for New York All-State. Derek has also won numerous competitions including: NY International Music Competition, 2020 Carrerata Artist  International Competition, The 22nd New York Music Competition, Prima Vera Competition, and the New York International Music Concourse.
