Helen Ye was born in Fujian, China. She has received first place in the 2019 Singapore International Harp Competition, gold at the 2020 CaiYi Cup International Music and Dance Festival, First place in the 2020 Sino-German Youth Music Competition, and Honorary Award at the 2020 Chinese National Harp Competition. In 2021, she received a gold in the Hong Kong International Music Festival and first prize in the Music Online Competition held by Opus Artis Paris.
