Brooke Jones is an upcoming third year soprano at The Juilliard School, majoring in vocal arts. She is from Chesapeake, Virginia and studies voice with Amy Burton. Ms. Jones has performed the roles of Cobweb in Midsummer Night’s Dream and Jennie Hildebrand in Street Scene with Virginia Opera. At the Juilliard School she has performed as chorus soprano in their production of L’elisir d’amore. She has performed Sour Genovieffa in Suor Angelica, Gretel (cover) in Hansel and Gretel, and Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro. She has also been a soloist in Handel’s Messiah and Orff’s Carmina Burana, and has performed in the women’s chorus at the New York Philharmonic in Debussy’s Nocturnes.
