Xiaoqiao Xu began to learn piano at the age of 5, under the tuition of Professor Dan Chen from the Piano Department of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. At the age of 6, She began to learn violin with his father. At the age of 11, she learned violin from Teacher Kaiyi Ma in the Music School Attached to Xinghai Conservatory of Music. She was admitted to Music School Attached to Xinghai Conservatory of Music at the age of 12, and was admitted to Guangzhou Youth Symphony Orchestra in the same year.
During the period of the orchestra, she received the guidance of many famous masters such as Siqing Lv、Can Gao、Yo-yo Ma、Liwei Qin、 Jian Wang and so on, and performed together with them. SHe has toured with the orchestra in the United States, Theaters Antique de in Lyon, France, Rudolfinum-Dvorak Hall in Prague, Czech Republic, Riva del Garada Festival in Italy, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Japan, Guangdong province and Macau Youth concert, Macau, and participated in the opening ceremony of the 2017 Fortune Global Forum in Guangzhou.
Since 2013, she has participated in domestic and international violin competitions for many times and won the fourth place in the string Competition of ELAN International String Music Festival in the United States in 2015. In recent years, She has participated in many music festivals and master classes, under the guidance of many famous professors and masters at home and abroad, such as Paul Roczek、Ian Swensen、 Anke Schittenhelm、Willion von der Stoot、Feng Ning、Wei Lu、Jun Zuo、 Weidong Tong , Gefang Yang and Lin Yue .
