My name is Taylor Mermoud. I am 16 years old and have been studying the harp for 10 years under the instruction of Dr. Erzsebet Gaal Rinne. I have participated in the New World Youth Orchestra for 2 years and the Indianapolis Orchestra Side by Side Program last year. I have had the pleasure of placing first in the 2016 Indianapolis Matinee Musicale Scholarship Competition with several honorable mentions since. I have also had the pleasure of winning the 2019 Indiana Federation of Music Clubs Junior Instrumentalist Competition and the 2019 Sweeney Summer Camp Scholarship. I placed third in the 2020 Baku Music Academy's First International Competition of Performers and received an outstanding performance award for 2020 National Federation of Music Clubs Festival.
