Rachel Lee has been playing the violin since the age of 8 and is currently a sophomore at Chantilly High School in Virginia. She is part of the American Youth Philharmonic Orchestra’s most advanced group. Previously, Rachel was the Concertmaster of the American Youth Concert Orchestra and held several other leadership positions within AYPO’s various programs. Throughout her musical career she has received high ranks in both Junior and Senior District orchestras and also received superior ratings at the VBODA Solo and Ensemble Festivals. Rachel now returns her knowledge by coaching numerous ensembles and teaching younger musicians.
