Patrick Flythe, a 13-year old from Aurora, Ohio, has been studying piano with Vera Holczer-Waroquet at the Aurora School of Music since the Fall of 2014. He enjoys his engaging lessons and opportunities to perform. He has performed in numerous recitals, music festivals, competitions, a concerto competition and community outreach performances. In addition, he has participated in numerous master classes with various artists including Arnaldo Cohen ( IU), Olga Radosavljevich ( CIM), Cicilia Yudhe (YSU) and GRAMMY® Award Winning Angelin Chang (SCU). In 2018, Patrick was the alternate ( 2nd prize) in the elementary category of the Northeast Ohio Music Teacher’s Association’s (NEOMTA) Buckeye Auditions, and received honorable mention (3rd prize) in 2019. Besides playing piano, Patrick enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and chess.
