Born in the USA, Kevin Rhee started to study cello at the age of six. Even though Kevin'd never attended professional music school, he continued his cello practice enthusiastically from the moment he started cello throughout his middle school and until now, when he' s in his senior year in high school.
Kevin has won numerous national competitions and he kept his principal seating in his school.
He has been participating in MASMA and NJSMA regional orchestra.
He also participated in the Penderecki summer music festival in Poland in 2017, performed as a member of cello ensemble and string quartet.
