I started taking piano lessons right after I turned 9. At the beginning piano was just something my mom made me do, but it very quickly blossomed into a deep-seated passion of mine. When I listen to the classical music written by the geniuses of yore, I hear at times gentle rains drizzling through a calm forest, at times torrential waters crashing upon a lone ship, and at times powerful battlesteeds galloping on an open field... I hope that the piece I have played here was able to convey Mozart's positivity and optimistic attitude towards life, and I hope that my performance is able to bring to everyone a slice of the joy of life amidst this terrible pandemic.
