Jessica Wu 16 y/o, started violin at age 5. At age of 7, she won Queens College CPSM competition and since age of 9 she has performed at several winners concerts at Carnegie Hall. She has participated in Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, Metropolitan Symposium Orchestra, New York Youth Symphony Chamber music, and CMC of NY Orchestra and Chamber. She has won Concerto competitions to play with the Island Symphony Orchestra, CMC of NY Orchestra and LaGuardia High School Senior orchestra. She likes to read and write in her free time. She has previously studied with Yonitte Ryger, and currently studies at Juilliard Pre-college with Lewis Kaplan.
