Jason Chen, 15 started playing violin at the age of 8. He has been a member of the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra, the California All State Honor Orchestra, the California All Southern Honor Orchestra, and the Colburn Sinfonietta. He is also an active member of Junior Chamber Music. He has been awarded top prizes in multiple competitions, including the Satori Strings Contest, the Southwestern Youth Music Festival, and the Antelope Valley Bach Competition. To convey his love and passion for music, he also performs at senior home and various music charity events.
