Darrus Chan, 8, residing in Singapore. Currently he’s under the tutelage of Mr Paulo at Academie of Star Singapore. Darrus is currently doing his primary 2. He has always shown strong interest in music and began piano when he was 4 and singing when he was 5. He is passionate in performance and is currently doing grade 5 for his Piano. In addition to that, Darrus Chan is the youngest winner of International singing competition American Protege 2018 at age 5. He won 2nd Prize in Young Singers category of Folk/Traditional Music. His win entitles him to perform in Carnegie Hall. The most recent performance was performing in Childaid 2020 virtual Choir. Darrus is a bubbly, hardworking and musically inclined child who enjoys classical music, piano, singing, drawing, reading comics and sports.
