Martin Taishi Yau is a 12 years old from Lincoln, MA. He started to study violin with Lisa Lederer when he was 4 years old then with Ms. Susan Jarvis for the following 5 years at the New England Conservatory (NEC) Preparatory School. He currently studies with Ms. Fudeko Takahashi Cohler at NEC Preparatory School. He also studies piano with Ms. Akiko Tsukamoto for the last 3 years.
Martin Taishi is a first violinist of the Fessenden School’s Upper School Orchestra, and the concertmaster of the Fessenden School’s Middle School Orchestra.
