HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN STUDYING/PERFORMING?
I've taken piano lessons since I was almost three. Right now I'm an honor student of the Virtuoso Music School where I've studied for the last five years. Also, I'm enrolled in a two year program to receive a high school diploma in Social Music Theory.
Generally I practice piano daily, but I've been trying to make more time for piano in my schedule. I also swim on Monocacy Aquatic Club and I'm on a triathlon team and running team. My favorite academic interests aside from music include classical studies, graphic design, and literature.
PLEASE LIST SIGNIFICANT PREVIOUS ON STAGE DELIVERY/PERFORMANCES:
I've participated in over forty piano recitals, and my original composition, Midnight Dream, was runner-up in the 2019 West Virginia Music Teacher's Association Mountain State Composition Competition. I also received first place in the 2020 Siegel-Hoffman Concerto Competition held at Shepherd University, second place in 2019, and I've qualified as a member of the National Piano Guild for seven consecutive years.
FUTURE GOALS:
I love all music, not just classical piano, and I want to keep composing songs. I'm also entering national and international piano competitions for the first time this year in particular. I definitely want to keep improving my piano, and maybe minor in it for college.
