The Duo Con Affeto is an ensemble in the Westminster Conservatory of Music at Rider University located in Princeton, New Jersey. Both Katherine and David are high school juniors. They study chamber music under the guidance of Galina Prilutskaya. As the name of the ensemble suggests, both players are passionate about classical music and enjoy playing together in various concerts and community events, such as in Communiversity, a well known community fair held jointly every spring by the Town of Princeton and Princeton University. The duo’s expressive performance ranging from Brahms to De Falla, Fauré to Glazunov, is the manifestation of their love of music.
