Athena Lin, age 8, is a 2nd grade student at Dutch Neck elementary school in West Windsor, NJ. She started to learn piano at age 4 and she has been studying with Ms. Chang Liu since she was 6. Athena has won numerous awards from competitions including NJMTA young musician competition and spring audition, Music-Fest, Crescendo and Little Mozart international competitions. She has performed numerous times at Carnegie Weill Recital Hall and other musical halls. Athena is also committed to using her music to help the community. She has actively performed for fundraising events and other community outreach programs. Besides piano, Athena enjoys swimming, golfing, soccer, tennis and reading. She also likes to travel.
