My name is Hiyun Lee and I am 15 years old. I started playing violin and piano when I was five years old. I enjoy playing all different types of music and am always looking for opportunities to do so. My musical activities have included MYS (Metropolitan Youth Symphony), PYS (Phoenix Youth Symphony), and the all-state orchestra of Arizona. In my community, I try to participate in growing musical interest and participation through clubs such as Tri-M, where I will be serving as Vice President this upcoming year. I have also been part of a theater orchestra, tutoring program, and many more types of volunteering through music. Music is the part of life where I can express myself while connecting with other people. Outside of music, my hobbies include figure-skating, running, and reading.
