They studied under the instruction of Vladimir Kromin, conductor and music faculty member of Radford University. In 2019, they performed in a masterclass with Akemi Takayama, concertmaster of the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra and associate professor at Shenandoah Conservatory. They have also performed in numerous showcases and debuted an original composition of theirs at the Virginia Summer Residential Governor's School for the Visual and Performing Arts Open Mic Night.
