Pyotr Vyacheslav Alvarado was born on January 18, 2007, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is currently a homeschooler entering the 9th grade. In 2015, he simultaneously started to learn the cello, violin and piano until 2017 when he decided to make cello his primary instrument. Nancy Masaki, Principal at "Masaki School of Music" and active member of the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, has been his sole cello instructor.
