Katherine Wong, age 16, is a Junior student at Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) in California, USA. Katherine is a passionate musician who began playing the piano at the age of 6, and she currently studies with Dr. Judy Huang. Just this year, Katherine won the Panel Honors award in the MTAC Certificate of Merit Program. Additionally, Katherine is a first place winner of the many international competitions. Katherine made her debut at the Lincoln Center at the age of 8 and was invited back to perform at the Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall at the age of 9. 11.13 and 15. Katherine also enjoys playing the chamber music and is a part of the Junior Chamber Music (JCM) as an honor group.
Outside of her music study, Katherine is a creative writer.
