Ashley Ng Rui En, 12, aspires to be a concert pianist.
She is a multiple award winner in piano competitions and has performed in numerous piano festivals held in Poland, Hungary and Singapore. Ashley is under the tutelage of Ms Christine Gan.
She is a First Prize winner and was invited to perform in Rome, Italy (at Auditorium Parco della Musica and Vienna (at Glaserner Saal, Musikverein).
She will be performing at Carnegie Hall New York for the Winners Recital in Dec 2019, being awarded as a First Place Winner of the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition Spring 2019.
Ashley debut Mozart piano concerto no.1 in A major KV414 with the Festive Chamber Orchestra from Lublin Philharmonic under Conductor Professor Kazimierz Brzozowski in Poland in July 2017 and performed with Dohnanyi Erno Symphony Orchestra in Hungary in June 2019. Other performance venues include the Star Awards Gala concert for SPAF Festival 2019 at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Gala concert for ARS Nova Festival 2019 at Esplanade in Sep 2019, the award ceremony for 3rd Edition Piano Island Festival 2019 at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre in June 2019, Singapore National Museum in April 2019 and Singapore National Gallery in Feb 2017.
She enjoys performing in projects such as Piano Marathon 2017 fundraising event organized by Steinway Gallery Singapore, Bach in the Subway and gives back to the society by performing at the Alexandra Hospital Singapore.
