Claire Chiow, age 13, is from Pasadena, California. She has won many piano competitions such as US New Star, SYMF, MTAC Keyboard Festival, LA Young Pianist, American Protégé International, Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition, and Rachmaninoff International Youth Piano Competition. Claire is also a figure skater who plays hockey on the school team. In her free time, she likes reading, practicing calligraphy, and doing origami. She also likes traveling, photography, and ice cream. Her favorite subjects in school are French, Spanish, and English.
