Aleksandra Magdalena Lenkiewicz
Aleksandra Lenkiewicz (18), Poland, started playing the violin at the age of seven and currently studies with Mrs. Elżbieta Bolsewicz. She is a laureate of numerous violin competitions, including the First Prize at 2019 Quebec Music Competition in Montreal, Canada, Third Prize at I International Music Competition OPUS in Cracow, Poland, The Great Composers Competition Series – three First Prizes, two Second Prizes and one Third Prize, First Prize at AC Melos International Music Competition in Rome, Italy, First Prize at II North International Music Competition in Stockholm, Sweden, Golden Medal and Best String Technique Award at Forte International Music Competition in New York (with the final performance in Carnegie Hall, New York) and many others.
Aleksandra regularly participates in music festival and summer programs, including Astona Summer Music Academy in Edilbach, Switzerland, Summer Con Spirito in Trogir, Croatia, Polish National Youth Orchestra LYO (2019/2020 season), Luzerne Music Center, Lake Luzerne, NYC, USA, La Folle Journe Festivals in Warsaw, Poland (2017, 2018 and 2019 – in 2017 and 2018 she performed as a soloist with her school orchestra, in 2019 she was a concertmaster).
Aleksandra is a scholarship holder of the Mayor of Wrocław and of the Talented Silesia program.
