Chloe is 6 years old and is from Ontario, Canada. Although she may be small in stature, she has a commanding voice. She has been signing since ever since she learned how to talk. After impressing her parents by her memory for songs playing on the radio, Chloe began taking formal singing lessons from Wing Chow of Inspiring Sounds Music Studio in September 2018. This is her first competition. She will also be participating in the little Mozart International Competition in April.
