1513 Quartet was formed in summer 2018 by Angela, Frances, David, and Fiona, and they have been coached by Meichuan Song and Po-Wei Lai. As active members of the Bay Area Youth Music Society, they perform solo, ensemble, and orchestra works at charity concerts and every other week at senior centers."
