Daniel Zhou is a 7th grader at Wellesley Middle School in Massachusetts. He began playing piano at the age of 5 and at 6 he became a student of Natalia Harlap, a professor at NEC. Daniel has gotten first place three times in Little Mozart, he has gotten first place in AFAF, and has gotten awards in Piano Extravaganza and honorable mentions in Bay State competition and NEPTA recitals. He was also awarded with 3rd place for Liszt and Beethoven competition at GCC Series.
