I have played trumpet for 6 years. Last summer I studied at the Interlochen music camp. I have played in the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra and am currently the principal trumpet in the Potomac Valley Youth Orchestra. I am a two time winner of the Young Artist Award Competition of Gaithersburg, Maryland. I have participated in the Montgomery county band on several occasions. I am a member of the Powerhouse Brass Quintet of the Kentlands, Maryland. I play in the jazz ensemble at my high school and am part of the music honors society.
