Sophia Emanuel is a young coloratura soprano hailing from Los Angeles. She holds a BFA from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music, and an MM from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Favorite roles include Soprano 2 in Philip Glass' Hydrogen Jukebox and Lucy Lockit in The Beggar's Opera by John Gay. This summer she will cover The Fiakermilli in Strauss' Arabella with the Pittsburgh Festival Opera.
