Lydia Moenssen
Lydia Moenssen is a freshman in Flute Performance at West Virginia University. Lydia is from Mount Clemens, Michigan. Lydia is currently in the West Virginia University Symphony Orchestra and the Helios Flute Quartet. In college, Lydia has also been a part of the West Virginia University Wind Symphony. In high school, Lydia was a part of the Detroit Symphony Youth Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Fraser High School Symphony Band. This summer, Lydia will be attending the Orford Music Academy to study with Robert Langevin and Paula Robison.
Lydia’s primary teachers include Miranda Browne, Sharon Sparrow, Jeff Zook, and Nina Assimakopoulos.
