H.P.F. Project
Kyle Hughes, Becca Schaefer, Catherine Flinchum
The H.P.F. Project is a trio that was formed in Denver, Colorado in 2016, consisting of harp, percussion, and flute. These instruments are often heard in music but are rarely performed together in chamber ensembles, which offers unique and expansive sound worlds to play with. The trio creates beautiful and lasting experiences for audiences with their music, while entertaining with their passion and personalities, not to mention their performance attire. Originally formed to perform Robert Paterson’s “The Book of Goddesses,” the trio is now working on writing and commissioning new music, while pursuing professional and artistic careers individually and collectively.
