Alina Dong, age 17, is a soprano currently attending Clear Lake High School. Alina has shown strong interest in music since a young age. Since then, she has learned to play the piano, guitar, flute, and delved into the field of opera singing. Alina is the 1st place winner in the GHNATS Classical Singing Competition for Classical Women and received 1st Prize in the International Grand Prize Virtuoso Singing Competition. Alina is also a member of Houston Grand Opera's highly selective Bauer Family High School Voice Studio Program. She also had the privilege of performing in the world premiere of Houston Grand Opera's "A House Without a Christmas Tree" production alongside HGO studio artists.
