I have studied piano for nine years: eight under the instruction of Myra Garvett, and one under the intensive instruction of Yoshie Akimoto. I have participated in selective summer programs at Ithaca College, New York and in Vianden Luxembourg, where I studied chamber music. I have always loved the beautiful emotionalism of Romantic music, specifically that of Chopin, as well as the mathematical rigor of the music of Bach.
