Jessica Daniel graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Oregon where she studies with Dr. Claire Wachter. She has performed in various masterclasses, including Alan Chow, Alvin Chow, Soyeon Kate Lee, Albert Tiu, and Ron Howat. Jessica was named winner in the 2017 Oregon MTNA "Young Artist Performance” Competition and was awarded honorable mention in the MTNA Northwest Divisions for “Young Artist Performance.” In the fall 2019, Jessica is continuing her studies at Southern Methodist University for a Masters of Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy under the teaching and guidance of Dr. Cathy Lysinger, and will hold a position as a graduate teaching assistant in the Piano Pedagogy department at SMU.
