Haruka Noguchi was born in Japan and moved to Hawaii in 2011. She began piano lessons at the age of three, and now studies with Dr. Wendy Yamashita. Haruka won first place in Hawaii Music Teacher Association (HMTA) piano competition two years in a row, in level IV and high school state division. She also enjoys playing the violin, tennis, and Japanese archery.
