Allison Park, age 15, is currently a freshman at Harvard-Westlake School. She began playing the violin at the age of 8, and currently studies under Mr. Elmer Su. Allison serves as co-concertmaster of the Harvard-Westlake Middle School Symphony. She is also a member of the Palos Verdes Regional Symphony Orchestra. Allison has performed as a guest soloist with the Bellflower Symphony, Palos Verdes Regional Symphony, and Bach Festival Chamber Musicians. Most recently, as a winner of the 2018 Artists of the Future Competition, Allison will solo with Beach Cities Symphony. Allison has won numerous violin competitions, including first place at the Lansum International Music Competition, first place at State Finals of California Association of Professional Music Teacher's Concerto Competition, first place at Antelope Valley Symphony Orchestra Bach Competition, and Grand prize at the Korea Times Music Competition. Allison has also been awarded scholarships from the Music Teacher's Association South Bay and American String Teachers Association.
