The Penrose Quintet is one of the premier chamber ensembles at Virginia Tech. They have been playing together since only this September, but have already accomplished many things. The quintet was a part of many masterclasses this year, including the Beo String Quartet and Emily Ondracek- Peterson. The group was also selected to be the featured act of a masterclass given by Yo-Yo Ma at the Moss Arts Center in Blacksburg. They will continue to play together this year and are very excited to experience new music and pursue performance opportunities!
