Katerina Radeva is 13 years old. She started her piano lessons when she was five and began competing in local and international competitions shortly thereafter. At the past few years she performed at different local competitions for young pianists and won prizes and medals at Joy at the Sea International Art Competition (Aheloj 2014) , the International Competition for Young Musicians of Classical Musical Instruments (Pernik 2015), the International Piano Competition for Young Pianists (Sofia, Russian Centre, 2015), Golden Keys International Piano Competition (Plovdiv 2016). In June 2016 she received the special prize in the International Art Festival (Pomorie). In March 2017 she won second prize in American Protégé competition (Romantic music category) and performed the Carnegie Hall Awards Concert in New York.
Katerina regular performs at festivals, charity concerts and school events. In 2015 she presented the winning work of the American young composer, David Peoples, Pictures of India during the New Year’s Eve Musical Festival in Sofia. In February 2016 she performed at Look!Fest organized by Karitas Foundation. In October 2017 she performed at Artis International Musical festival in Sofia. The same month she also participated in Pianoextravaganza festival, organized by the prominent Bulgarian pianist Ludmil Angelov. Since 2015 she also successfully gave piano concerts during the annual Boris Hristov festival in Sofia.
Currently, she is a student of Mrs Milena Pavlova, in the Ljubomir Pipkov National Musical School in Sofia.
