The Helios Quartet is the newly formed undergraduate flute quartet at West Virginia University. All members of the ensemble are in top groups at the university including West Virginia University Symphony Orchestra and Wind Symphony. In addition to their successes as individuals, the quartet recently was selected to progress onto the regional round of MTNA. They have performed in a masterclass for saxophonist Joel Diegert. The members of the quartet have been working under the direction of Nina Assimakopoulos with occasional direction from Eftihia Victoria Arkoudis.
