Ethan Sherman is in 10th grade at Fossil Ridge High School. He has been playing piano since he was 5, starting the instrument in Austin, Texas with Kathryn Mishell. Currently a student of Silvana Santinelli, he has performed in masterclasses for Vladimir Kuleshov, Justin Krawitz and Erik Peterson. As an interested math and science student, Ethan has been a member of Science Olympiad and Science Bowl competitive teams since 6th grade, helping to take both teams to the Nationals level in 2016 while medaling (4th place) in Science Olympiad. With the recent introduction of debate into his focus, he is considering a myriad of futures ranging from scientific academia to policy.
