Christine Bernsted
The violinist, Christine Bernsted, born in 1994, has distinguished herself as a major prize winner in several international soloist competitions, including first prize in competitions which led to her debut in Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall, Kammermusiksaal in the Berliner Philharmonie and Royal Albert Hall, London. In addition, she won first prize at the International Forum ""Musical Performance and pedagogics"", at Berlingske Tidende Classical Music Competition and at the Jacob Gade Violin Competition.
Currently studying as a master student with professor Eszter Haffner at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, Copenhagen, she has participated in masterclasses with violinists such as Nikolaj Znaider, Milan Vitek, Stephan Barratt-Due and Gerhard Schulz.
