Olivia comes from Saskatoon, SK and has recently completed her Honours Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance at Western University. Olivia is an active piano teacher, clinician, and performer in her communities and abroad. In 2018 Olivia gave a lecture recital in Aveiro, Portugal on Canadian Women Composers. This lecture was turned into a book chapter and will be published later this year in collaboration with the University of Aveiro. Olivia's research has been published in magazines, newsletters, and online. This July she spoke and performed at the Canadian Federated Music Teacher's "Sound Connections" Conference. This June she was a part of Sweetwater Music Festival's next wave showcase performing as both a solo and duo piano artist in Owen Sound, ON. An avid collaborator, she can be heard in the Adams & Busch Piano duo performing throughout southern Ontario. Olivia enjoys making music as an accompanist in the London & Thames Valley ON, as well as in Saskatoon, SK. Her students sing and play piano throughout the Saskatoon and London areas. Olivia will go on to graduate studies in Piano Pedagogy and Women's Studies at the University of Ottawa this fall.
