Andrew Chang
Andrew Chang is a 16-year old, 11th grade clarinetist attending Diamond Bar High School in Diamond Bar, California. He first picked up the clarinet when he was 12 years old. Since then, he has been a student at the Colburn School of Music, where he continued to grow and learn. He had several achievements like being a finalist in the International Clarinet Association High School Competition and winning the Promise Award in the Music Center’s Spotlight program. He has also participated in numerous ensembles like the Colburn Youth Orchestra and the Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble. He currently studies with Michael Yoshimi at Colburn, the teacher whom he has studied with for the past 6 years.
