Wenxing Zeng
Wenxing Zeng is a full scholarship Doctoral student at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati. After graduating from Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, she continued her studies at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University, where she received the Artistic Excellence Award, Graduate Tuition Award and was hired as an associate instructor.
She has performed at the International Keyboard and Institute Festival (New York), Indiana University Art Museum Concerts Series (Bloomington), Allegro Vivo Chamber Music Festival (Horn, Austria), Beijing International Music Festival and Academic, Forbidden City Concert Hall (Beijing), Baoli Theater, Zhong Shan Concert Hall, Liszt Piano Marathon Series, Debussy memorial Concert, among others. At the same time, she is a prizewinner of the Asian Cup Piano Competition in Hong Kong (First Prize of Youth Group) and the Yamaha—University Cup Debussy Prelude in Beijing (First Prize).
Her teachers include James Tocco, Menahem Pressler, Edward Auer and Ling Zhao.
