Raquel Otero Vaughan
Raquel Otero Vaughan is twenty, beginning her violin studies at the age of seven. She has taken Master Classes with Olga Vilkomirskaia, Daniel Bombín Val, Karolina Michalska, Sergey Teslya, Aitor Hevia and Tai Murray. In June, 2017, she won an internal competition celebrated in The Conservatory of music ‘Boinifacio Gil’ in Badajoz which brought her the opportunity to play as a soloist with the Chamber Orchestra in the Conservatory Of Music where she studies. Raquel also plays in the OJEX ( Orquesta Joven de Extremadura) that have performed in important festivals, such as the Al-Bustan International festival of Music where The Orchestra was conducted by Gianlùca Marciano. Furthermore, she has also played in The Baroque orchestra of the Conservatory where she studies and in The Extremadura Film Orchestra.
Up to today she’s studying violin at the Conservatory of Music ‘Bonifacio Gil’ in Badajoz (Spain) with Joan M. Alonso Ferrer.
