Abigail Sunde
Abigail Sunde is fifteen, beginning her violin studies at the age of three. She has participated in the Suzuki Association of America conference in Minneapolis, MN since age eight as a soloist for masterclasses, concert mistress of orchestras and advanced ensembles. Abigail has performed in Honors recitals for junior and senior strings at The Hartt School Community Division as well as Northeast region orchestras and All State festivals. She is a Music Teachers National Association winner and alternate for CT and northern region respectively, and in 2017 she was one of three Music Club of Hartford winners. She is a member of the Connecticut Youth Symphony and recently won first prize in the American String Teachers Association competition. Abigail's violin artistry is growing under instructor Teri Einfeldt of the Hartt School. Abigail is also a gifted pianist and studies with Malgosia Lis at The Hartt School. She is member of the choir at St. Peter Clavier Church.
